I see it all the time adults acting like children at these games..I am not surprised

Some of the youth leagues around here have folded because they couldn't find enough umpires for the games. People refuse to work them because of the behavior of parents.

Yeah, that's ridiculous. And parents have nobody to blame but themselves.

Up here there is zero tolerance toward abuse of officials or players in amateur sport. Something like this would NEVER happen in my son's or daughter's baseball and softball leagues. In fact, in my 9 years of coaching, I have never seen anything.
