I dont think he should be jailed but fined..I know the people next door hired a contractor to mow their lawn and they start before 7am it is very annoying..THis year I am going to report them..No one should in a residential area start making noise before 8am..

I find the decision to jail him to be stupid, and not so wise for him to start THAT kind of work so early.

BTW: the garbage in our city gets collected at around 4 AM and it gets over by 6 AM.

I don't live in a town; I live in the country. Our collection is done sometime during the day.

I cancelled our garbage collection for the winter. I just fill up my trailer and then take it to the landfill. It's all frozen in the winter, so it doesn't smell. It saves me some money.

I didn't want to start a new thread for this but I wanted to see what everyone thought so I decided to put it here.

Yes, the outline is definitely noticeable after reading the article. Seeing as I read the article first, I'm not sure how it would look before reading the article. I'm sure it was unintentionally designed that way, but perhaps some angles instead of curves would've been a better idea.
