I'm not sure who to believe anymore.

For one thing, everyone knows you can't just bring a stroller onto a plane and sit it in the aisle.  Can you imagine if that thing hit someone during the flight?  Plus from what I've heard, this woman got all hysterical right away when the flight attendant told her to stow the stroller.  I think people are looking to make a quick buck by suing the airlines.

On the other hand, the airlines have been herding people like cattle into increasingly smaller and smaller spaces so inevitably people's tempers are going to flare.  The flying experience has gone from a novelty to something that people dread. 

But I really think most of these cases now are people looking to hit the lottery by suing the crap out of airlines. However, knowing this, the airlines should better train their employees on dealing with situations like this.

Airlines need to train their staff to better deal with situations like this. Whether the woman got upset or not, wrenching a stroller out of her hands and nearly hitting a baby isn't proper response. Neither is telling another passenger to "go ahead, hit me." Almost every passenger has a cell phone and airline staff are under a microscope. Situations like this can easily and quickly get out of hand if flight crews don't deal with them professionally and appropriately.
