Anxiety

I've been dealing with anxiety the last few weeks. It's irregular, but it seems to come on every several days, last for a bit, then recede, before starting again.

I get it when ever i take an extended trip and im not driving or if its snowing thatll trigger it too I feel your pain

I can relate , I was awakened this moring with a panic attack . I was sure i was going to die .

How are you today OBF?

Struggling again the last two days, actually. I just can't seem to stabilize for a good stretch of time. I must need one of my meds adjusted. I guess that can happen as time goes on.

How often do you evaluate your meds with your doctor?

I was again offered meds, but again I refused. I have been in therapy now two sessions. I have my issues from the past.

Also I was officially diagnosed with ADHD now (before it´s been unofficial, though I have kinda known it). My brain goes at times hyperdrive and it causes impulsive behaviour and... it seems... also depression.

My wife wants me to take ADHD-medication, but I´m affraid of them. Propably I´m stupid, I know.

Normally we evaluate every three months. It's been almost 4 1/2 months now, because appointments have had to be rescheduled twice. I've been on the same dose for at least a couple years now. I do have an appointment Tuesday, so hopefully I'll get some direction on that.

My mind can go into a state where I worry about everything. I can also feel it physically; weakness, lack of sleep, "heart flutters", upset stomach, and other similar symptoms.

I see and understand your condition to be tiring. It prevents you enjoying your life in a very deep sense.

I hope you´ll get some direction and help with the meds.
