Anxiety and depression

My anxiety and depression has been fluctuating the last several months and is back at the moment. I'm pretty sure I need a medication adjustment. I can't remember if I got adjusted last year are not. I know it hasn't for at least seven or eight months because that is the last time I had an appointment with my psychiatrist. After several postponed appointments, he retired at the end of October and then I found out he passed away in January. I am going to my general doctor next week, which had also been postponed a few times, in hopes of getting a referral to a new psychiatrist. I am not sure what her advice will be as far as medication adjustments, but I don't like the up and down. Why can't it just be steady and normal?

That situation sucks. Is it hard in your area to get definite time for doctor?

It's usually not to difficult to see my general doctor. It takes a little longer with COVID now though.

I had a slight increase in one of my medications and am getting a referral to a new psychiatrist.

The last few days have been a little bit better.

thats good better to feel a little better then the opposite

Anxiety is all over the place. I was talking to my doctor about this very topic and she said she has seen a huge uptick.

I hope you are still doing good. I checking in slowly because I'm keeping my inet time as low it is possible.

I'd say I have been solid for almost a couple of weeks now. Maybe it's the medication change, maybe it's something else, but whatever it is, I sure appreciate it.

This sure sounds nice. Is there any relation to fishing time and spending time at the lake?

I started my summer fishing season at my favourite river and the effect to my mood was significant.

People think depression is only in the brain. If they only knew how utterly devastating it is on the rest of your body, and also your friends and family that care. I pray that you get the complete healing as you work hard for it, I pray God through His Spirit hedges you up to a place you can regroup daily and hammer satan in the cods for doing this to you. Be blessed brother, Be intentional...... HIS will be done.
