This is going to sound a bit strange but well... when haven't I sounded strange?
Since I have been going to the gym and quickly becoming much healthier and stronger even I have been having trouble controlling sudden outbursts of rage. I had this problem before a while back when I quit my medicines and drinking.
So have ANY of you had problems like this with the return of health? If so, how did you deal with it in a safe and healthy manner?
